Do I need to book in advance?


On weekdays, there are usually free slots available, and you’ll almost always be able to choose a convenient time. However, weekends fill up quickly—often 1–2 weeks in advance. That’s why we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time for the game.
Is a deposit required?


Yes, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. If you decide to cancel, please let us know at least 2 days in advance—then the deposit will be fully refunded. In case of a later cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I change the game during the session?
It’s better not to change games during the session—each game is designed for a specific duration, and you likely won’t have enough time to complete it. Before the session starts, our administrator will be happy to help you choose a game that matches your taste and mood, so everything goes perfectly from the first try!
Can I play wearing glasses?
Yes, absolutely! Most glasses fit comfortably under a VR headset. However, if you have large frames, they may not fit properly. In that case, we recommend wearing contact lenses—it’s more comfortable and makes the experience even more immersive.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?


For guests celebrating a birthday or corporate event with us, a comfortable lounge area is available—there you can arrange a small buffet and bring any snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. If you’ve booked only a game session without renting the lounge area, unfortunately, bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Additionally, food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the gaming areas—for your safety and to protect the equipment.
What should I wear?
Comfort is key! Choose comfortable clothing that allows free movement and shoes without heels. This will help you fully immerse yourself in the game and feel relaxed during the session.
